Descripción del proyecto:
Este proyecto supuso la renovación completa de una vivienda, modernizando cada espacio para mejorar su funcionalidad, estética y confort.
Se inició con el picado y preparación del suelo, seguido del suministro y colocación de cerámica con rodapié para lograr un acabado resistente y elegante. Las paredes fueron alisadas y pintadas, aportando uniformidad y frescura a todo el interior.
También se llevó a cabo el suministro e instalación de nuevas ventanas, mejorando el aislamiento térmico y acústico. En la parte técnica, se realizó la renovación de la instalación eléctrica, incluyendo el cuadro general, así como una nueva instalación de fontanería con redistribución conforme a la normativa.
Las paredes de las zonas húmedas se prepararon con enfoscado amaestrado antes de instalar suelo porcelánico y azulejos de pasta blanca. El baño fue completamente renovado, incorporando plato de ducha moderno, así como muebles, grifería, mampara y accesorios, todos suministrados por nuestro equipo para mantener coherencia en el diseño.
El proyecto se completó con la colocación de techos de pladur con iluminación integrada en las distintas estancias, aportando un toque moderno y funcional que eleva el confort de la vivienda.
