Descripción del proyecto:
Este proyecto consistió en la renovación completa de un baño, incorporando mejoras técnicas y un diseño funcional con detalles de alto valor estético.
Se realizó la renovación de la instalación eléctrica y del sistema de calefacción, así como una nueva instalación de fontanería con cambio de distribución adaptada a la normativa vigente.
Las paredes se prepararon con enfoscado amaestrado para obtener superficies lisas y uniformes. En la fase de acabados, se colocó suelo porcelánico y azulejos de pasta blanca, además de la creación de cuatro hornacinas decorativas y prácticas para optimizar el almacenamiento y el diseño.
El proyecto incluyó el cambio de ventana para mejorar la luz natural y la ventilación, la instalación de un plato de ducha moderno y la colocación de muebles, grifería, mampara y accesorios, todo suministrado por nuestro equipo para mantener una estética coherente.
Finalmente, se completó con la instalación de un techo de pladur con iluminación integrada, aportando un toque contemporáneo y elegante al conjunto.
